Albanian Air Force Helicopter Makes Emergency Landing in Italy, No Injuries

On July 30, an Albanian Air Force helicopter had to make an emergency landing in the Tuscan countryside due to equipment malfunctioning.

The aircraft had left France, where it was for maintenance, and was returning to Albania. Four crew members were on board.

Local police said that the pilot’s skill and quick-thinking avoided a tragedy. There were no injuries among the crew, locals, or damage to buildings or local infrastructure.
