18 new coronavirus infected cases have been found in Albania in the last 24 hours.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been 898 cases in all, 694 (77%) of which have recovered.
According to the Public Health Institute, the new confirmed coronavirus cases have been found in Kruja (4), Tirana (11), Berat (2) and Durrës (1).
A total of 11239 people have been tested in total, with 191 tests carried out in the last 24 hours.
In terms of hospitalizations, 19 patients are on the wards and 3 are in intensive care. Less than 15% of those infected have needed hospitalization.
The death toll remains unchanged at 31.
There are currently 161 active cases in the country, mainly in Tirana, Kruja and Shkodra.
