Ambassador Vincenzo Del Monaco will replace Ambassador Bernd Borchardt as the Head of the OSCE Presence in Albania.
The Italian Presence at the OSCE announced the news on Wednesday, also retweeted by the OSCE Presence in Albania.

Ambassador Del Monaco is an Italian career diplomat. He has been Italy’s Ambassador to Armenia for the last two years, and to Montenegro before that. He is married and has three children.
His appointment follows the departure of Ambassador Bernd Borchardt after four years of serving in Albania.
