Another 23 patients with Covid-19 have been cured in the last 24 hours. Health Minister Ogerta Manastirliu announced that in tests performed in the last 24 hours, patients that previously had the virus, tested negative.
The total number of curerd patients in Albania stands at 154, equating to 40% of the total that were diagnosed. Out of those recovered, 22 are doctors and nurses.
On 7 April, the lowest number of new infections was recorded in Albania in the last two weeks. There were six new cases, bringing the total number to 383.
With 154 recovered and 22 victims, the number of active cases of Covid-19 in the country is 207 people.
An update on the number of new cases is expected later this morning.
