Prime Minister Edi Rama has approved the construction permit for a 17-storey residential and commercial building in Tirana’s Lake Park.
The permit granted in the National Territory Council meeting of 23 October 2019 allows for the construction of 14 floors above ground and three floors underground close to the Elbasan Street.
The area was previously occupied by “Lion Park” restaurant.
The permit was issued to “Lion Construction shpk” at the latter’s request.
