As of today, all kindergartens and nurseries are open following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions.
The Albanian Ministry of Health has provided a list of guidelines on how nurseries and kindergartens will operate for the foreseeable future.
Children will go and come from the nursery at a set time and their temperature will be taken before they enter the premises. A distance of 1.5 meters will be maintained and hand sanitizer must be used regularly. Toys and equipment must be cleaned regularly. Furthermore, children will be split into groups and they will stay with the same group and the same educator all day. The groups will not be allowed to mix.
The Ministry said that these are preliminary measures and they may change depending on the COVID-19 situation in the country.
