The total number of Coronavirus victims in Kosovo has reached five after a 56-year-old died this morning.
The latest casualty suffered from underlying health concerns including diabetes, an adrenal gland tumour, hypertension and heart issues.
As of today, 2355 people have been tested in Kosovo, 184 of which have tested positive. The most affected region is Malisheva where many people returned from Italy in March.Journalist Donika Gashi reported that infectious disease doctors in Prishtina think that Kosovo has entered a “critical phase” and more care should be taken now then before.
As of yesterday, 24 patients had recovered from the virus in the country.
