The Government of Kosovo decided to reward the police officers who are engaged in the fight against Covid-19.
At a meeting held online, the government decided to provide EUR 100 for each of the months of October, November and December.
“These additional funds are allocated for 6124 police officers, from EUR 100 per month for the period October, November and December. The payment of these allowances will be done with the salary of December 2020 “
Since March in Kosovo, several measures have been taken to curb the spread of the coronavirus. In addition to sanitary inspectors, members of the Kosovo Police are also involved in overseeing compliance with decisions on movement restrictions, wearing a mask, physical distance and other measures.
