The initial appearance of Kosovo’s former President Hashim Thaci will take place on Monday at 3 pm at the courtroom of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC) in The Hague.
According the KSC indictment against Hashim Thaci was confirmed on 26 October, while he was by the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office on Thursday and transferred to the Detention Facilities of the KSC in The Hague on the same day.
The indictment charges Hashim Thaci, under various forms of criminal responsibility, with war crimes and crimes against humanity under international law.
Thaci resigned after notified his war crimes indictment was confirmed by The Hague.
