Several young Albanian citizens protested in Shkodra after the murder of the 25-year-old on Tuesday.
The protest took place after 22:00, the beginning of the daily curfew in the country.
They marched towards the Prefecture of Shkodra placing candles in front of its door.
Despite violating anti- COVID-19 measures, the police did not impose fines or accompanied any of the protesters to a police station.
In the early hours of Tuesday a police officer fatally wounded a 25-year-old in Tirana for disobeying orders.
