Situated a twenty-minute drive from Tirana, is Football Republic- a new, multi-purpose sports and leisure facility. Comprising of specialist football training facilities, a large swimming pool, event space, and a bar and grill, it is perfect for hot summer days when you are looking for somewhere that will keep you and the children entertained.
Created by Albanian footballer Redi Jupi, Football Republic is a professional and specialist academy that offers specific training according to age, in a high-quality environment. Sessions are organised at different times according to the age group.
“Development, enjoyment, cooperation, and respect are the values conveyed by our academy to favour the growth and improvement of your children,” a spokesperson told Exit.
Classes run from age 5-15 and number of high-quality football fields are divided according to the size, age, and purpose of each class. All of the training sessions are run by licensed trainers and they offer personalised follow-up for each child. Football Republic is also offering organised games, matches, and leagues for youngsters to take part in.
Other facilities on-site include dressing rooms, showers, seating, lighted areas, parking, and the opportunity to take part in amateur and professional championships.
During the summer season, Football Republic offers a summer camp for children aged 6-15 from Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30. The programme includes football, dodgeball, Crossfit, yoga, outdoor games, swimming, aquatic games, math games, and movies. Transport to and from the location and lunch is included in the price.
Football Republic also has a large infinity pool surrounded by sunbeds. Served by a bar and waiters, it is a great place to relax and enjoy.
Also on site is a Club House with a bar, traditional grill and restaurant, and an inside children’s play area. It is open to members and visitors and is also available for events or other celebrations. Fresh food sourced from the local area is cooked on a charcoal grill and there is an expansive outdoor area that provides plenty of seating under the shade of trees.
