Prosecution Sets Sights on Tahiri’s Driver

According to Top Channel, the Prosecution of Serious Crimes is currently investigating the driver of former Minister of Interior Saimir Tahiri, Gentian Ceka, in the context of the Habilaj–Tahiri affair.

Ceka was first mentioned in the context of the arrest of businessman Orest Sota, as the person who had allegedly forgotten the boating licenses of Tahiri in Sota’s car. He is also mentioned in the wiretaps of the Prosecution of Catania.

The voluminous dossier containing the wiretaps has in the meantime arrived at the Prosecution of Serious Crimes after being translated by the Ministry of Justice.

There are also indications that the money found with the licenses in Sota’s car belong to the former minister and current PS deputy.
