Yesterday, the Independent Qualification Commission (KPK) confirmed General Prosecution Office prosecutor Sokol Stojani.
The judicial body made up of Brunilda Bekteshi, Suela Zhegu dhe Valbona Sanxhaktari found no discrepancies in Stojani’s wealth declarations and deemed that the prosecutor had sufficient legal sources of income to justify his assets.
The National Security Agency (DSIK) found no issues with Stojani’s background check, and deemed him fit to continue serving.
Regarding his professional abilities, during its administrative investigation, KPK found positive assessment on the prosecutor’s previous work, and no disciplinary measures in his record.
Sokol Stojani has been serving at the General Prosecution Office since 2008.
