Recipe of the Day: Banana Chocolate Dessert

People have been using bananas as food for thousands of years. It remains a staple food in many countries throughout the world.

Bananas are a good nutritional source, containing vitamins C, D, E, K, and the entire B vitamin group, as well as being rich in minerals like phosphorus, zinc, iron, magnesium, calcium, and potassium.

Banana chocolate

Ingredients for a dish for 4 people:

2 ripe yellow bananas
150g of Nestle dessert chocolate
5-6 crumbled cookies
3 tablespoons of coffee
5 tablespoons of milk
1 egg
Butter

This is a simple recipe that requires little preparation.
To make the chocolate cream, put the butter, milk, chocolate, and coffee in a pot. Stir with a wooden spoon until a homogenous mass is created.
Once the cream is ready, turn the heat off. Beat the egg until a homogenous mass is created, and pour it in the chocolate cream, stirring quickly so they can mix properly.
To make the dessert, put chopped bananas in 4 wine glasses. Add the crumbled cookies (2-3 tablespoons per glass) and finally the chocolate cream. Put the glasses in the firdge for 4-5 hours.

This dessert can also be made with peaches, strawberries, or jam.
