The ruling Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) was fined again for violating Covid-19 restrictions it put in place, Kosovo media report.
The Pristina Inspectorate has fined the LDK on Wednesday, and its coalition ally Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and Nisma party on Tuesday.
The head of the Inspectorate, Adonis Tahiri stated that such fines will continue whenever the rules are violated:
“This is the fourth fine against political entities for organizing rallies in Pristina in violation of the law and measures in force. The law and the decision on the measures was drafted and voted by yourself,” Tahiri said.
The fine amounts to € 2,000.
