Head of the Socialist Party parliamentary committee, Taulant Balla has attacked the media that published copies of the Venice Commission’s draft report on the Electoral Reform.
In a Facebook post, Balla calls them loyal portals of the opposition.
“It’s unfortunate that the presidential-democratic opposition, through its loyal portals, disseminates data from the confidential text of Venice Commission. Not only that but they spread smoke through them.”
Balla did not comment on the contents of the report which includes the view that the amendments to the code were adopted hastily, without consulting parties, and should be assessed by the (defunct) Constitutional Court.
The report was made public at noon yesterday.
