The Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Institute of Public Health, Silva Bino has said that serological testing for COVID-19 will start soon in two large cities in Albania.
On the Opinion TV show, she said the test will be rolled out in one area where there are many cases, and one where there are few. These will start soon she said.
Bino stressed that these tests don’t show whether someone is fully protected as it is believed COVID-19 only provides very short term immunity.
