Protests in reaction to the killing of 25-year-old Klodian Rasha by the police will seemingly continue for the third day in a row in Albania.
Protests that began the day after Rasha was killed resulted in Prime Minister Edi Rama returning from his trip to the United States, as well as the resignation of Minister of Interior Sander Lleshaj.
59 people have been arrested and 116 are being investigated for participating in illegal gatherings and destruction of public property.
Nonetheless, another protest is being called on social media today. Intended to begin at 6pm, in front of the Prime Ministry, and in the main square of every city, some of its demands include the resignation of the head of the State Police Ardi Veliu, a stop to police violence, and the reformation of the State Police.
