On Thursday, the Independent Qualification Commission (KPK) dismissed judge Ramazan Avdiu of the Elbasan District Court.
It found issues with his asset declaration and lack of financial sources for paying a loan.
The KPK confirmed in office prosecutor Albert Murcaj of the Tirana District Prosecutor’s Office.
Mucaj was assessed positively on all three vetting aspects: background, proficiency, and assets.
