Two brothers, aged 31 and 24, have been arrested after allegedly sexually abusing a 20-year-old woman. The serious incident took place in the village of Lojme, Kukës.
According to the Kukes police report, the youths are suspected of taking advantage of her physical and mental incapacity.
Kukes Prosecutor’s Office is continuing its investigation.
