World Health Organization Representative in Albania Raul Gonzalez-Montero has said that WHO is looking into possible reasons why no coronavirus infected cases have been found in Albania yet.
“Why is it that there is no single case in Albania? We are still learning about this; this is something new to us,” he said during a task force meeting today.
The WHO official advised having trust in the institutions and avoiding the proliferation of fake news that may “harm the country’s health and economy.” he added that the WHO Albanian office was working closely with the government to that end.
Minister of Health and Social Protection Ogerta Manastirliu also confirmed for the umpteenth time that there are no coronavirus infected cases in Albania.
