Police dressed in civilian clothes detained a young man on Friday, before the protest in reaction to the police killing of Klodian Rasha had even begun.
News24 recorded the arrest, where the young man can be seen asking the police officers to let him go, and claiming that he “hadn’t done anything.”
“Please help me,” the young man repeats.
Journalists on the ground reported that the police began arrests before the protest even started, and is attempting to keep young people from gathering into groups.
