Albania iso-polyphonic music group, Gjergi Arianiti Mallakaster have composed a song for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Entitled, “Song for President Erdogan”, it was posted on their YouTube channel.
The song details support and contributions from Turkey and Erdogan and even mentions the new housing units that are being built by Turkey following the 26 November earthquake. The song also pays homage to the new hospital that will be built in Fier by the Turkish government, despite protests from those who will expropriated to make way for it.
“O land, I have good news that spreads all over the world,” says the lyrics. “Erdogan said, Albania will be helped by the Turkish state, and Ankara showed its love to Albania” and likens the closeness between the two nations as a mother and child.
