Indrit Taullai, suspected of killing Klodjan Saliu, Vajdin Lamaj and Artan Arsi in 2005, has been extradited from Kosovo where he was being held in custody.
The police said that 4 criminal charges have been filed against Taullai: “Premeditated murder committed in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, illegal possession of firearms, with serious consequences, structured criminal group, Murder in other specific circumstances against two or more persons, committed in collaboration in the form of a structured criminal group “
According to SPAK , Lulzim Berisha, Plarent Dervishaj, Indrit Taullai and Indrit Rusi are suspected as perpetrators of the murder of Klodjan Saliu, Vajdin Lamaj and Artan Arsi.
The Prosecution suspects that Emiliano Shullazi and Viktor Ymeri (Imeraj) also participated in the murder of the latter two.
For the above persons, the measure of arrest in prison was executed, with the exception of Lulzim Berisha, who is on the run.
