High Justice Inspector (ILD) Artur Metani has asked the High Judicial Council (KLGj) to dismiss judge Enkeleda Hoxha.
In an official announcement, ILD argues that judge Hoxha has committed serious legal violations by delivering rulings that infringe upon the figure of a judge and held unilateral judicial procedures in contradiction with the law.
Kruja judge Enkeleda Hoxha has been described as the “defense lawyer” of several notorious criminals.
