Vlora Appeals Court judge Brikena Ukperaj passed successfully the vetting process. The Independent Qualification Commission (KPK) has found no irregularities in her wealth declaration and background check.
At the conclusion of the vetting hearing, the KPK relator announced that Ukperaj has not made any attempts to conceal her wealth, that has been accrued legally.
Regarding her background check, the National Security Agency (DSIK) gave a positive assessment, clearing the judge as “fit to continue her duties.”
Two other KED candidates that underwent the vetting process before her, Altina Xhoxhaj and Gentian Trenova, were dismissed by KPK.
